Playstation pad to Neo Geo converter

Just wondering, has anyone opened theirs up?.

I'd like to know if it's possible to disable the 2 buttons that are used for the analog/turbo settings, and instead use them as buttons....


Better yet, any schematics of a Playstation controller decoder circuit?
