Modded Saturn problems...

After finally getting the 50/60Hz and 3-way country mods working, I turn on my Saturn and to my great suprise there is no sound at all! I've tried both games and audio CDs, and the cables I've used are all working. Note that my Saturn is the earlier model, with the oval shaped buttons.

I have no idea what's wrong - perhaps I fried something while modding it? <_<
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

dunno. sounds to me like a damaged scart cable.

Look all around the pcb for solder that you have dropped\smeared or traces that you might have scraped. You might want to poke around the sound chip (not too familiar with saturn hardware, but I assume it has a sound chip) with a multimeter.
