Sadly only 15 khz for Atomic robo kid. :-\

Im Thinking in get one of this Upscalers...,
or more easy build an RGB scart cable just for use this 15khz games in a TV.

I decided for the RGB SCART Cable,and games looks great on my Old Philips RGB Monitor:
