Title: replacing just the laser diodes /ps2+GC

where can i buy just the diodes for these laser assemblies? i have a dozen or so of burnt out ps2 lasers and a dozen GC lasers. i was wondering if anyone knows where to buy just these diodes so i can rebuild them myself?
