I bought a 1MB PIO-6BE1-A RAM expansion along with an X68000 PRO recently. It turns out the system already had one installed, so I now have an extra.
I'm not sure if it's new, but it does come boxed, with the instruction manual and the adapter plate w/screws (for mounting in a PRO system).
According to the manual, it can be used to upgrade the following systems from 1MB to 2MB:
X68000 ACE
X68000 ACE HD
X68000 PRO
X68000 PRO HD
