Im going to be putting an snes into a boat, and use an lcd screen i know all about how its megmo hard to make rgb to laptop lcd, which is what I'm doing, so im thinking i could possibly takeout/bypass the snes video controller and use the laptops controller. any reason that that wouldnt work? also i dont have my hands on the snes so any info on the video controller chip would be greatly appreciated.
