I know a NTSC nintendo 64 can be modified to enable rgb output, detailed here:

But is there a way to enable this on a PAL n64 ?

Only the first PAL french N64.

As for the Euro Consoles, you need a N64color Kit from DoubleYou, but unfortunately it is out of print and DoubleYou don`t have diagrams or the software for the MACH211 logic IC, because they sold all Kits and Schematics to www.wolfsoft.de
