Title: PC-CDROM-Drive on a PSX?

Hi there...
I'm new to this console-modding scene, but i would like to know
if I could use an old PC-CDRom-Drive (no caddy, no slotin, those with a drawer)
on my old PSX1... (not that fu**ing small ps1... the real psx  :lol:)

Short answer: no.

Long answer: yes, but if you have to ask how then you're not qualified to do it.

3rd answer: there is no point in replacing an obsolete drive with a super obsolete drive
