Okay guys.
Yes it is me again. I wandered into a Goodwill today and walked out with a old Toaster-style NES for like five bucks. Why the hell not.
I have yet to test it, but I am sure the 72-pin connector is probably borked. Any recommendations as far as where to get a replacement connector? IIRC, Redmond Cable used to make them (don't see them on their site), and a TON of eBay sellers have them.. some even with gold connectors (prolly spraypaint? ;p) to resist corrosion.
Anyone anticipate a huge difference in the quality of the connectors?
I might as well change it anyway to avoid future problems... TIA

I love MCM. The company also sells SNES pins as well but beware cause they are for the redesigned model.
