I wanted to know if the game will show up on the screen cut off by a little bit if the one button switch is used.... What about the Switch mod with an outside switch? Will it do the same thing?
The kind of switch used it totally irrelevant.
The video signal will be squished vertically in PAL mode, but there are no mods that will offset the image in any way.
So it will basically shrink the screen with any kind of mod, right?
PAL has a higher vertical resolution than NTSC, so when the system runs in PAL mode there are extra - and in most cases unused - lines above and below the image, so it appears squished on the screen.
If you boot it in PAL mode and then release the button most games will boot and then run at NTSC speed and screensize, so the squished screen only appears as long as you hold the button down. After that it runs as normal.

Well, I asked someone to mod it for me with two switches (better than the ones in Radio Shack). Heard what I wanted since I don't have to get a mega key now :D
