I'm getting tired of repeating this, but:
1. go back to school and demand to know why you weren't told about things like punctuation.
2. Just buy any ol' LED and replace it, all LEDs are the same standard unless you specifically request something different.
3. If you need a DIAGRAM to yank one part and shove another in its place you're too stupid to live and I'll have to ask you to die now. That's really all there is to it - remove one, insert another. Done!
BTW: The long leg is the positive leg.

Also, after cutting the legs, it's hard to tell which is which. So if you look on the LED, the side of the LED that is cut and unrounded is the negative pole.
