Hi, I'm new to this whole PC-98 thing The only thing I know about the machine is that it ran the early Touhou games and some visual novels.
Recently, I wanted to try developing games for it, but I don't know where to start. I couldn't find any substantial resources online. I'm running a PC-98 emulator (Neko Project) and was wondering if it's possible to develop games for it using modern hardware (specifically Windows 11).
So far, I only have experience making games with Unity, so I'm kind of a novice at this.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

My guess it's that you'll need some kind of Japanese knowledge at least to be able to search for some guides, because most of the documentation it's form there...
