I've created a pair of adaptor plates to use either Sanwa or Seimitsu sticks on both SNK Candy and Sega *City v1 cabs. The only difference between the two is the depth - Sega's panels use a deeper mount.
They've got enough holes in 'em to use Seimitsu 50 and 40mm mounts, as well as Sanwa's JLF and JLX sticks.

- SNK Neo Candy (https://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=arcade:3d_printable_parts#snk_super_neo_29_candy)
Notes:- These are both 96mm 2-hole mounts.
- You may want to use the shallower SNK plate in your Sega cab for smaller mechs, or mechs that use fast-on connectors instead of a 5-pin connector.
- These don't fit Sega *City v2 (https://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=arcade:control_panels#sega_city_vf_v2_panel) panels
