I've just found the forum as have been looking for information on the X68000. I am looking for my X68030 to be recapped. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Whereabouts do you live? Does the machine work? There are several people around the world that recap other computers of similar vintage, assuming it is working and not requiring specialist diagnostics to repair you may find some are happy to help you out. I know a few folks here in the UK that may have even seen an X68000 before.
eg. if you are in Europe there are several Amiga recappers about, they will have encountered all the same sort of problems you'd get on the X68000s too, battery damage, leaky caps, etc and will likely have access to monitors that can handle the video out.
General electronics service places may be willing to help out too, but you'll probably have to call around a bit.
