As I haven't found this info in the Xellent 30 wiki page, maybe it can be added?:

XELLENT 30

List of keys to keep pressed at startup (using CH30_OMAKE.SYS updated firwmare)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[XF1] .... Switch MPU using the selection menu
[XF3] .... Switch MPU
[SPACE] ... Same as above
[XF4] .... Temporarily turn off the MPU cache of 68030
[XF5] .... Display SCSI boot ID (+ extra options) selection menu
[ESC] .... Temporarily boots as STD
[HELP] .... Boots with HD Start Partition Selection Menu (IPL MENU)

you should be able to modify the wiki page yourself after you login.

Yep, added, the wiki uses the same forum login.

Hope that I've not messed anything, I've never edited a wiki before :-[
