Guys,
Earlier when cleaning up I somehow managed to pull the power plug out the back of the Q while the disc tray was closing, and it was stuck out about an inch.
It seemed to pause a while when I got the cable back in but eventually powered back up, I noticed it had gone into Japanese - Great!
I just tried to play a PAL DVD on it, it would not run and I got a load of Japanese (I could imagine what it said!), after finding the menu and switching back to English (as it was set the day I got it), I now get 'cannot read disc', or similar when running R2, although strangely it still runs R1 discs with no problems.
How have I managed to re-lock my modded Q for PAL DVD's, and can anyone here tell me how to put it back to region free, as I cannot find the info anywhere on the net.
Please help me!

The real question is, did you buy it modded or did you do it yourself?
If you dont know how, have a friend who does check the soldering for the mod.
...or you can mail it to me... ill return it i swear.
