Title: RGB question
Post by: fragment on May 25, 2004, 12:56:30 PM
I just got the following monitor from my dad for free, and was wondering if it would work for NTSC video game RGB input. I have seen posts stating that 15hz is needed, but is that the same for NTSC? Let me know if this will work ok, it has 5 BNC plugs in the back.

Unfortunately it wont work. You need a H frequency of 15hz  and it doesn't matter if its PAL or NTSC.

It's actually 15kHz, which refers to the Horizontal (pixel) rate, not the vertical (fps) rate.
