Title: Drive 0 in X68000 HD Pro ...
Post by: k.h. on June 10, 2015, 07:37:20 AM
Hello !

Drive 0 in my X68000 HD Pro does not boot/work anymore - further i cant access it ( Abort/Retry/Ignore Messages) . It worked fine a few days ago. My first thought was that i changed the boot sequence by accident. i tried various settings, but Drive 0 wont work like it should ( it gets power and the LED lights work ) . Drive 1 works like it should ( read, write, boot ) .

Any idea on this topic ?

Thanks !

The first suggestion you're going to get is to replace capacitors. Have you done that yet?

Hello!
Is there a picture of the drives or something telling which capacitors to replace on them? I have a small problem with my SuperHD (screen flashing when loading) and I already tried recapping the power supply board but nothing changed.

Try recapping your motherboard and video board. The whole system is gonna need new caps eventually.

Just replace all of the elecrolytic caps
