Title: X68000_V4_SP1.POC file for V4 HDD image

I am trying to apply the SP1 patch inside X68000_V4_SP1.zip to the V4 HDD image.

X68000_V4_SP1 contains a .POC file. X68000_V4_SP1.POC.

Does anyone know what type of file a POC file is and how to use it to patch the V4 HDD image? There is a Changes.txt file in the ZIP which lists what it updates, but no instructions on how to apply the POC file.

Use PatchOnClick V2.3.0.0 to apply the patch.
