So I received this in one of my XVIs that I purchased. The cover covers the entire card portion that protrudes. Also It looks like someone added a few inputs.

Looks like Modifications for some Outputs...,my Midi Card looks similar,but without this modifications...,
X68000 rocks on MIDI.

Looks to me like its modified to eliminate the need for an external sound mixer. It looks like there are two inputs and one output. You would plug the standard audio output from the x68000 into one of the inputs, then the output from your midi module into the other and then have a single audio output to your speakers or whatever. Kind of a neat idea actually...
