The games installed on the games disk are pretty much all of them.

As far as I know, almost any game can be installed to hard drive by using one of the available methods. Here is the order in which I do it until the game starts to work:
1) Copying all files to hard disk, making !Start.bat from config.sys and autoexec.bat files (usually works only for one floppy games)
2) Using SUBST.X (most common)
3) Using 2HDSIM.X (useful for stubborn games)
4) Using 2HDBOOT.X (the forbidden method, when everything else has failed)
