Is the xrgb3 compatiable with x68000 games that run in 31khz/will it convert a x6800 display?

Used on xrgb 3 to connect only rgb input. Everything works fine. But we need to adjust the picture, that there was no cropped image.
But with the FM-TOWNS have a problem with image.
