Ok we are going to go pick up our newly aquired double dragon arcade unit (broken.) We are going to gut it and put an Xbox in it running MAME. I would really like to fix the original monitor and use it.
How exactly do you hook up the monitor?
I understand that it is RGB, but what inputs will the monitor require? Does anybody make an adapter or must I fab my own?

Would I be better off just using a pc with an ati all in wonder video card?

We can't tell you what your monitor needs, especially if it's broken . For the price of a replacement there's usually no point working with arcade monitor repairs. The Xbox outputs lovely RGB suitable for most arcade monitors, but you may have to strip the video from the sync.
