Am I right in thinking that the 3DO controller chip is the same as the MegaDrive one and it's just the pinout that's different or is there another chip inside? I haven't one to hand.
It's the same as the SNES chip, a 744021, but it's used in a completely different way.
Ah, OK. That's... a bit irritating. But I could buy a job lot of cheap 3DO controllers and strip the chips. Ta x
