I would like to convert some old pads to work with my new "supergun" that has DB-15 connectors on it:

It says it is compatible with Neo Geo controllers, so I am guessing that the input adheres to the following information:
http://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=controls:neo_geo_controller (http://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=controls:neo_geo_controller)
The pin numbers are reversed for 9 - 15 on the following page:
http://www.gamesx.com/controldata/superneo.htm (http://www.gamesx.com/controldata/superneo.htm)
so I am unsure which is correct?
Where do I start for taking the signals from (let's say) a Saturn control pad and wiring them up to a DB-15 connector?
Thanks.
Welcome to GamesX. The first link shows the connector pinout numbering when viewing the controller cable end. The second link shows numbering when viewing the connector on the console. That's why they seem reversed, because they're mirror images meant to fit together. Hope that gets you started.
