Title: PC Engine IFU

hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this...
just got my IFU-30 from ebay, while opening it up to wash the plastic and clean the electronics I've noticed this (sorry about the quality), does anybody know what this is? thanks!

That link doesn't go to a specific image.  I looked through your gallery and saw nothing unusual.  To what do you refer?

That is a design change made by NEC itself at factory. They even glued the capacitors with glue. Probably were having issues with noise filtering being not enough  on RAM corrupting data and causing glitches...
