The correct link is actually http://www.geocities.com/robivy64/In_action.htm (http://www.geocities.com/robivy64/In_action.htm) but you've actually linked the wmv file to the file on your desktop instead of one that you've placed online. You may want to have a quick check of how your html editor does linking, or fix it manually.
