Bumping is rude and silly.

You can't fix them as far as I know, unless you want to play about with the boot file that's on the disc. Don't ask me how, I don't know anything about the DC scene, go and do a search on a search engine for Dreamcast scene or Dreamcast dev or something.

Alternatively, buy a NTSC Dreamcast for next to nothing off of eBay.

I think there's a bootdisk called DC-X or something that does the trick.
