Title: NES fourscore cord pinout help.
Post by: BlasterMaster on October 31, 2010, 02:15:30 PM
OK been looking at this site for a couple of years, finally have a reason to ask a question. I found a Nintendo fourscore adapter with a cut off cord, and tried wiring pins 1-7 as per the GAMESX pin-out shows but it does not work correctly (tried it on port 1 and 2 of the NES). The pictures I have found show two connectors so I have to assume that there are some parallel connections going on between port 1 and 2 from the fourscore. I have searched on this sites forums and on the net and have come up with nothing.
Does anyone on here own one that they could ohm out the pins between the adapter to the cord end?

Thanks in Advance.

No one owns one or is willing to help? Really? How sad...

I went looking around, and there's not a lot of technical info on the Fourscore. Too few games supported the functionality, and it looks like the wireless Satellite four-player adapter was more commonly used. I think this is honestly a situation where none of us have the info you're looking for.
