Hi,

I just bought a 2 console off ebay and when its all pluged in I just get a black screen? tried a few games but nothing works.

When I switch it off the TV comes back on, if I switch the megadrive back on the picture goes black and I get a "no signal" message on the TV

any ideas?

What are you using to connect to the TV, the RF adaptor? If the screen goes black there's a good chance the RF adaptor's getting power and working properly, but not receiving a signal from the MD... Check the usual things: Clean your cartridge, try a different game, check the power light, etc.
