As I've told you before, if you'd like to advertise your products on these forums, please contact me so we can arrange some sample units.  They look good and I'd love to try them.  Otherwise, I'm sorry, you cannot use this place for your ads.

I purchased one of these converters several months ago and was greatly disappointed with it's picture quality.  :(

The GBS-8220 treats 240p (CGA) as though it was a 480i signal and the frame buffer does not work correctly (warping of image between static and moving areas).  The most interesting thing about the GBS-8220 is it's 24kHz RGB capability.

The GBS-8220 is not a substitute for a Micomsoft XRGB (-1, -2, -2+, or -3).   :-\

I have been messing with them and I can say that they do not realyl like MD/Genny signal that much,  I have 3 boards and the image is not 100% stable, kinda shaky no matter what I do, plus there's motion artifacts. 60Hz seemed to work nicely but 50Hz did not work on one board, and there's some messed up lines on top overscan too. MD has those half-lines in its video output and those confuse the boards.
TG16 seemed to be fine, apart from inevitable motion artifacts. I have not tried other machines I have around.
