Title: PSX composite video

Hey,

How can i get composite video out of the playstation? Ive checked the pinout but it doesnt show how, does it ?

composite, the yellow wire with the red & white audio cables too

Playstation 1: It has these jacks right on it.  You just connect the corresponding colors to your TV with RCA cables.  

Playstation 2: You can use one of those cables.  I assume you don't have a cable.  Here (http://www.gamesx.com/avpinouts/psxav.htm) is the pinout.  

Very interesting!  No composite pin.  That's ok, though!  Just combine the two S-Video wires, pins 5 and 7.  Those two together give you composite.

Pin six is composite video, I labelled it NTSC video instead of composite because I'm an idiot.  Sorry.

Also it's worth pointing out that not all PSX units have AV outputs on the back, newer models had only the multiAV port.
