This console with that serial can be rgb modded?
If yes, what moding do you recommend?

Probably not im afraid, that serial seems far to high. The highest serial number I know of for a Japanese N64 that could be RGB modded was NUJ13319819.

If you do open it though I would be interested in knowing what motherboard revision it actually has to add it to my serial/revision list here:-
