Well, one plays CDs, the other does not.  That's a big bonus in my book.

As far as RGB, there's no difference.

Duo plays the cards and CDs, right? What are the killer CD games (for US Duo)?

I have an RGB modded PC Engine Duo-R. It is commonly known that US Turbo Duo's have problems with sound, which is one of the reasons I opted to get a PC Engine Duo-R. Also, I can use my Tenokoe Bank Card, Arcade Card Duo, and Neo Flash PC-E flashcart with no region mods at all.
