I read that some PS2's EE runs or 299MHz indtead of the original 294 Mhz. I looked everywhere, but "newer versions" is all the info I could get.
Does anybody know exactly which ps2 versions run on 299 ??

I know for a fact that the slim PS2's EE CPU operates at 299 MHz. I don't remember the exact difference in the system xtal frequencies on the fat and slim PS2, but it wasn't much.
