Mouser.com only carries female scart connectors. Aside from hacking up a cable, which I imagine will cost more than the part, where would one find scart connectors?
It looks like you are going to have to cannibalize something, but since that is the case, there are several things you can go the cheap route with (http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=scart&price1=&price2=2.00&lnk=prsugg).

These guys are in the US (PA to be exact).
