reflowed all the solder jonts
i have cleaned the cart slot fix a mega drive with this fault
replaced 7805 and
STILL NOT LOADING GAMES TRYED LOTS OF GAMES

Can you please be more specific about what the fault is? 'Not loading games' doesn't exactly provide enough information to troubleshoot anything. Do you get any RF output at all? Any heat issues? Do you get video but no audio, or vice versa? The more information you provide, the more likely it is someone will be able to help.
