Post by: rodneyy on March 13, 2008, 10:04:02 PM
I have the 3Mode Floppy Drive External which connect to Windows 2000. I formatted the 3.5" Floppy Disk by selecting the capacity as 1.25MB Sector is 1024

I used the Program Call Disk Explorer to Extract XDF (Image file of X68000) to 3.5" which I format to be 1.25MB. When this step finish I insert into 3.5"

Floppy Drive of X68000. I don't know why X68000 always eject my Floppy Disk then I insert it again, It always eject floppy disk out.

Anyone who got this problem please help me.....

You are extracting the single files from the XDF? Try writing the raw XDF to the disk.

Hi, it would be really nice to know did you eventually manage to do it? I just recently bought a XVI compact. It would be really nice to be able to play the games  I have in my collection with this neat little computer.

Btw. what is the correct format to those 3.5" disks? I remeber it was mentioned somewhere but I have misplaced the info.
