This type of adapter is not manufactured as a standard cable part because the 9-pin RGB connector is not standardized and does not include audio channel pins. Many different monitors use a DB-9 connector for RGB signals and they tend to have different pinouts. If you do find a pre-manufactured adapter, it may not work on your monitor and may require modification.
I encourage you to explore building your own, as the SCART-type connector and DB-9 connectors are very easy to find and to build into your own cable.
