Title: Wii - VGA possible yet?

Is there yet any way to connect a PAL Wii to a VGA monitor?
I remember being able to connect my GameCube to my VGA monitor but it only worked with games capable of outputting progressive scan (such as Wind Waker) and needed a modified cable.
