I took and blew up a picture of the 315-5865 chip and found pin 46, which is wired to either 5v or Ground to allow 50/60hz. However, my quandary is this; where are said points? I can't find the 5v or ground connections for pin 46 of this chip. Any help?

Just grab +5V and gnd from the voltage regulator (O for 5v, C for gnd)
