Title: PS2 RGB
Post by: kripp on April 16, 2007, 12:36:48 PM
I wired up an RGB cable for my PS2, worked great for months on end! One of the solder joints on the cable end of things broke loose the other week, thought that simply soldering the connection again would solve my problems... it didn't!

I can get a perfect image on my monitor using this cable, but from time to time the sync drops out and then cuts back in. Could this be caused by a bad capacitor? Perhaps even I have wired things back up the wrong way? I have my sync line connected to the green line on the cable, this is the only way I can get any image on the monitor.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Thanks.
