Is it possible to hack a Master System 2 to add an RCA a/V Out or the same connector that Master system 1 have?

Yup, it's fairly simple. Find the video encoder IC (CXA1145 I'm pretty sure) and take the video signals from there. The datasheet for this IC and some simillar ones are available in the wiki somewhere. Composite/ red/green/blue video outputs will need a 220uF capacitor and a 75 ohm resistor in series to work correctly. I think the audio is buffered in the same IC.
