Title: Autofire controller
Post by: Segasonicfan on June 02, 2006, 07:23:59 PM
Metal Slug is killing my thumbs, among other things, and I want to make an autofire pad for my Neo Geo MVS.  Can anyone recommend a good circuit for this?  It would be much appreciated ;)

I'd use a 555 timer and a transistor  to do the switching (maybe a cmos 4066 if you don't like transistors). See http://www.uoguelph.ca/~antoon/gadgets/555/555.html (http://www.uoguelph.ca/~antoon/gadgets/555/555.html) for a tutorial on how to use this really handy IC.
