ive converted a scart box to JRGB, but im getting a rolling picture can anyone give me any ideas why?

Are you using a PAL tv? If so, does it support 60 Hz?

yeah, its a Samsung LCD TV

Shozuki,
I don't really understand what you're actually doing. Remember that a SCART output has a slightly different pinout to a SCART input because various wires are crossed over inside the cable (including video).
