i want to take the chip that blocks import PAL games, though, i ordered a PAL version of mario rpg. i just read that today that you cannot play certain games (mario rpg). can anyone help me?

Mario RPG will not work with the lockout chip installed. You'll need to use a converter instead.

By the way, I'm pretty sure there's no PAL version of Mario RPG.

What do you mean by that? That you're getting ripped off by the seller? Where did you buy it?
