Title: Nintendo AV out & PS2 AV out
Post by: Xtra_Zero on August 29, 2005, 08:30:20 PM
Ok.  I need the pinouts on the traditional (gamecube) Nintendo AV port, and the PS2 AV port.  What I need them for is to mod a VGA box made for NGC to also accomodate PS2.  I can find the Video, L & R Audio and their grounds just fine, but there are 3 other pins that the box uses and I'm not sure what they are.  All help appreciated :D

Well, it's pretty much finished now, but there's now some interference I'm getting that is kinda annoying.  It works pretty well, but the Gamecube still has to power it because I don't know which wire powers the box.

EDIT: I have more images of the inside and stuff, but I don't wanna end up spamming the whole thread.  What's a good place to host them?

Interesting project.  How did you do it?

OK.  Finally got the final version of this thing (I hope).  I fixed a bunch of previous problems (overheating fixed, power is no longer required from GC, loose wire causing color problems fixed)  I'll post some pictures in a few.
