Can I use this in reverse? (I.E. use unmodded saturn controllers on A jamma rig)

I most likely can not but I figured I would ask.
BTW whare can I get some of those TC74HC153A chips?

Chips don't work backwards, so no - you can't do it in reverse. Not with this circuit.

As for the chips, every Saturn pad has two inside (or a single one with the same features as two 74153 chips.

I should have figured as much.
I realise that the saturn controllers have these (or simmilar) chips in them but I want to know if they are available anywhare elese.
I'd like to build some coustom Saturn sticks from scratch with out having to gut one of my existing controllers.
