Title: Gyromite famicom adapter
Post by: Sumez on February 02, 2005, 11:50:52 PM
I'll make this short. Do all US Gyromite carts have the famicom adapter inside them?

I bought a loose cart, and it has only a regular NES board inside. It was noted as US on the seller's site, but I can't tell for sure, because there's nothing on the cart identifying the region.

No, they do not.  For example.. yours doesn't.  :P

It was only the earliest releases that had the adapter...

No, my Gyromite cart doesn't have the adaptor. Thankfully, my Hogan's Alley cart does. But will I ever get any Famicom games? Probably not.

Hm, that means the old NES cart thing is a bit of a gamble. :S

What's the chance, would you say? I can only afford so many Gyromite carts. :)
(well, shipping fees, really, as that's the pricey part)
