Title: Modification of the gamecube's japanese d-cable
Post by: Wip3r on November 24, 2004, 09:20:05 AM
Hi everyone,

I'm interested in connecting the gamecube with my computer monitor (using the games that allow progressive scan), so I know that there are cables modded to do what I want to do.

My question is: This modded cable comes from the official D-Cable? and does anybody have the instructions to make this modification? I think that it's quite cheap, so why paying +$20 for that...

I saw at the web the pinout for a D-cable, and there are component pinouts (Y/Pr/Pb), not RGB+syncs, so that's my doubt.

Thanks in advance, and sorry about my english, my fluency is getting rusted.

That is the guide I used, and it turned out perfect.
